1. My only complaint is the movie making part though works fine on the phone but when you transfer it to a pc for some reason the files become corrupted, fix this and this would be the perfect software for stop motion project!The app is good and I love the little stikbot figures but it is a bit frustrating that the app has no zoom in/out function as the figures can sometimes look bigger than the backgrounds, which is silly.

2. It's so frustrating- especially with all the new Stikbots that were received for Christmas...Love it! I'm doing a stop motion project and using this app with the green screen toy set has made my job sooooo much more easier once I learned how to set the background to the green screen.

3. What's the resolution???The only reason I am rating this three stars, is because whenever I try to open the camera to start, it says "Error configuring camera." I have tried multiple times to open it, but it doesn't work.

4. I can download the app, open it, view my gallery of projects I did in September and October, maybe the beginning of November, view all the help videos, BUT when I tap to create a new video or take a new picture, the app goes there for a second or two and then returns to the main/home screen.

5. Lighting has to be white or green screen won't work! All other features work as they should and my kids love it.I have a Samsung S9.

6. This is frustrating as you then have to shoot all of your frames in one go, which is very time consuming and doesn't allow much room for error.I used to love Stickbot, but I'm having a problem where my videos can no longer be viewed or exported.

7. Clearly something wrong with the softwareThe camera is off, doesn't focus properly, barely any template backdrops, bad audio recording, can't pause and resume where left off, and, in simplified terms, it sucks and I would not recommend this trash to stop-motion animators.

8. I was going to complain about the app not having a green screen mode but then I found it! Tap the settings icon on the lower left, then tap the little green square.

9. At first the app worked well at recording the stickbots in the various green screen backgrounds.

10. We can't zoom in or out of the green screen and none of the stickbots show up in the image.

1. Fix Zing Studio 1.0 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Zing Studio 1.0: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Zing Studio 1.0 App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Zing Studio 1.0" » Open Zing Studio 1.0 » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Zing Studio 1.0 » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Zing Studio 1.0 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Zing Studio 1.0 servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Zing Studio 1.0" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Zing Studio 1.0 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Zing Studio 1.0 might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Zing Studio 1.0. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Zing Studio 1.0 then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Zing Studio 1.0 not working

2. Fix Zing Studio 1.0 Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Zing Studio 1.0 be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Zing Studio 1.0 not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Zing Studio 1.0 may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
