1. design, and a poor user experience.. Your previous build, while not as sleek, was far more user friendly.The results of your search display but as you scroll through the images the app appears to rearrange the images you're looking at leaving me constantly confused as to whether I've scoured the entire search results.

2. Scrolling through any large selection, at some point it's just going to randomly jump ahead and you'll have to search for the last thing you remembered through pages of results.The two features I really like about the non-mobile site either are not in the app, or dont work correctly.

3. In addition, every time I click on an item to look at it, when I return to the search results the app shoots me back to the top of the page/list.

4. When I tap on an item, it goes to an incomplete product page and a dialogue at the bottom says "We're sorry, we could not find the product you wanted." Not all products are affected, but it's at least a third of all items.

5. The filtering lacks an action button (i.e. done; apply); the thumb swipe down to drop the filter menu isn't intuitive and the back button (top left corner) is right next to the filtered results number.

6. Defeats then entire purpose of a click link.Overall great, current version needs database/query system work.

7. 1- arch support info - I LOVE the ability to click on the summary of ratings & see the % (eg: 86% think this shoe has moderate arch support) then drilldown & see the distribution.

8. The app on my iPad is great, it's a shame Zappos really shortchanges Android users.It would be great if I could actually check out it just goes to a blank screen.

9. I have made three trips and several phone calls trying to get the right code in order to return shoes, which is extremely annoying.UI is really poor.

10. Click on the back button, it eases your search and you have to start over.

11. But an update happened, and once you've put in all of your filters to make sure you've got the right shoe just for you, and you look at a shoe, the moment you back to the previous page, all those filters are no more.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Zappos Issues

1. Fix Zappos Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Zappos: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Zappos App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Zappos" » Open Zappos: Shoes, Clothes & More » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Zappos » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Zappos: Shoes, Clothes & More app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Zappos servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Zappos: Shoes, Clothes & More" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Zappos app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Zappos might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Zappos. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Zappos then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Zappos not working


2. Fix Zappos Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Zappos be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Zappos not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Zappos may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
