Why should I report an Issue with Drawing - Sketch?

1. Now, this app has Low MB, and was great to use! It also has a heartwarming message in the layers💖I really love it! it's so useful for when I'm bored, i just draw whatever i want and it's simpler than other apps! But here's my suggestion on the next update; whenever i open the app the tool settings always go back to default so maybe you can add an option to keep the thickness of the pens, buckets, gradients, etc.? I personally put the pen thickness to 3% and bucket/gradient to 80% so maybe that helps.It was a good app for the most part, it took me a hot minute to get used to the lay out and everything.

2. However it would be nice if there are changes in undo settings like two tap undo and the limits to undo.Can you add a time-lapse feature and a way to lock the symmetry tool? Could you also add a way to modify the colors on the rainbow brush (the one with color distance)?Very nice app I improved thanks to this app.

3. Every month i have to clear data because the clear cache doesn't clear enough sizeAt first I thought it was fine, nice choice of canvas sizes even with a custom option, nice array of brushes even.

Narrowly missing 5 stars from me for those problems.I had loved this app for it is really simple & easy to use!It may have less art materials, but all of what I need is JUST RIGHT THERE😃😘 Rather than IbisPaintX :( Yes, IbisPaintX has all of the art materials there to fetch and one of the most needed art apps.

5. But it was fine, it really was! However- the fact that it kept saying (and I'm paraphrasing here) "It failed to save to file due lack of storage space" or whatever, really got on my nerves.

6. 99% of the time it works well but last time I did this I lost a layer! I always have to first change to pencil, then size 8, then swap to eraser, size 10 before I can draw.

7. There is just one issue that is making me give this only 1 star- TWO drawings took up OVER FOUR GB of my storage!!! I couldn't understand what was taking up so much space.

8. After doing a factory reset and almost having to do another, I realized it was THIS APP! 4 GB?? Really?! I'll find a different app, thanks.It's so simple and minimalistic yet works wonders with the customization.

9. But then I wanted to undo a ton of steps and that's where the falt came in, I couldn't undo after a certain amount of times pressing the button.

10. Very simple, the brushes do what i want them to do, the zoom feature doesn't rotate the canvas.

1. Fix Drawing Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Drawing: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Drawing App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Drawing" » Open Drawing - Sketch » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Drawing » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Drawing - Sketch app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Drawing servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Drawing - Sketch" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Drawing app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Drawing might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Drawing. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Drawing then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Drawing not working

2. Fix Drawing Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Drawing be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Drawing not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Drawing may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
