1. It says "sorry, but you can't use your camera right now!" I do not have anything plugged in my phone that time...Im a bit disappointed that when I scan photos of Blacks it either says error or takes too longSucks😫🤮🤮 I hate this app..... It keeps telling me "there seems to be a problem reading the pictures from the server.

2. And it has to be a straight picture with good lightning other wise it doesn't work.Not bad but could be improved by giving several matches and not the same one when others look more likely !!!!It doesnt even take my photo.

3. I don't think this app is worth even trying.It is terrible!! I tried 4 times to take a picture and select one from a gallery but it never worked because it kept saying that no face detected!!! 👎👎🤬🤬😳😳Okay but not great.

4. I'm going to uninstall because I could do a better job on my own!I tried pictures of myself and other people and it keeps showing the same celebrity.

5. I took so many pics in different lightings and everytime it said it "couldn't detect a face" If you want to get this it's worth a try but I wouldn't recomend.

7. And one last thing this might be the first look alike app that comes up but it is definitely not the best!Doesn't work.

1. Fix Look alike Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Look alike: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Look alike App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Look alike" » Open Look alike » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Look alike » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Look alike app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Look alike servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Look alike" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Look alike app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Look alike might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Look alike. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Look alike then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Look alike not working

2. Fix Look alike Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Look alike be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Look alike not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Look alike may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
