Why should I report an Issue with Yooul - More Than Just Foreigners?

1. Don't avoid us ! I hope you understand our situation and come out with a solution soon .I would recommend the app if the functionality was higher, because the concept is strong and there were some cool features, such as: being able to easily interchange between languages, which meant that users could communicate with people all around the world without the barrier of language.(btw I haven't incounter ads so its good😉) its good I have foreign friends but the translator... I think is needed to be fixed😞 edit: I think now the translator is not the problem, the people is because sometimes when they put shortcut words it translated into other language so I'm always a considerate person I never uses shortcuts word and whatever like that, but the problem is I haven't found a friend like.....😊😊😁😁Hey I'm an old user of Yooul and I've many followers and friends on it.

However i recommend using this app 💕 i give it 5 stars⭐I would have given this app five stars but I gave it three because I and my friend haven't been able to login to our accounts for almost two weeks even if we have strong network access yet it keeps on showing us network unavailable and we should try again later which is getting frustrating other than that I think the app is ok.I am not able to login to my account.

3. As it is a very good application than others.This is one of the worst app I've ever seen in my life... It's so useless cos I tried to create password on the app and it didn't bring up the confirmation button.. Saying password are of two categories and I tried both numbers (digit) and letters but all to no avail the app is so useless I think this app should be taken down and not uploaded on playstore againThere are some issues in the app.

4. Well, the splash screen has to be optimized a little (not a big deal though) But overall it's an amazing app, I hope it stays that way for many more years to come.I made so many friends on this App and I enjoyed using it but all of sudden for a week this has stopped working.

5. I can't communicate with my friends anymore due to "network unstable" problem while my connection is excellent.

1. Fix Yooul Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Yooul: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Yooul App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Yooul" » Open Yooul - More Than Just Foreigners » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Yooul » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Yooul - More Than Just Foreigners app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Yooul servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Yooul - More Than Just Foreigners" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Yooul app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Yooul might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Yooul. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Yooul then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Yooul not working

2. Fix Yooul Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Yooul be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Yooul not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Yooul may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
