1. Wish you could scan more than 1 chanel at a time though.I've tried sooo many scanner apps that either interrupt the conversation with adds popping in or they cancel out having to b reset.

1. Fix Scanner 911 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Scanner 911: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Scanner 911 App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Scanner 911" » Open Scanner 911 » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Scanner 911 » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Scanner 911 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Scanner 911 servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Scanner 911" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Scanner 911 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Scanner 911 might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Scanner 911. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Scanner 911 then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Scanner 911 not working

2. Fix Scanner 911 Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Scanner 911 be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
