1. Wish you could scan more than 1 chanel at a time though.I've tried sooo many scanner apps that either interrupt the conversation with adds popping in or they cancel out having to b reset.

2. A separate tab for favorites would be nice.Love the fact you can listen to the scanner and be in other apps, some scanner apps you have to stay in the scanner app for them to work.

3. Please Do NOT Change Anything unless u get same listener input from Numerous input from ppl that think it's a good or bad ideaBest Scanner App I've Ever Had ! The other police Scanner App I used (now uninstalled), would inadvertently cut off, or disconnect too often.

4. Great scanner, wish you could link so you could scan more than one dept at a time, like scanning different dept's frequency back to back.

5. I hadn'd realized how much I missed having a scanner running 24-7 in the back round or hanging on my neck (I'm kinda a big fellow).

6. I'm pretty new to the app, so if these features are part of the app, perhaps I just overlooked them or haven't located them yet.This is the best of the best scanner apps, I absolutely love it.

8. Very easy to navigate through locations! much better then my 500 dollar digital scanner (and that was 17 years ago) that is sitting on a shelf, un-usable.

9. The only negative thing about this app it when your scanner goes silent for too long you need to check it because it will go into test service mode randomly and will not go back to the scanner.

1. Fix Scanner 911 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Scanner 911: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Scanner 911 App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Scanner 911" » Open Scanner 911 » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Scanner 911 » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Scanner 911 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Scanner 911 servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Scanner 911" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Scanner 911 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Scanner 911 might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Scanner 911. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Scanner 911 then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Scanner 911 not working

2. Fix Scanner 911 Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Scanner 911 be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Scanner 911 not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Scanner 911 may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
