Why should I report an Issue with Vibes: Love, Flirt & Hookup?

The app is great it just needs more new features I have some suggestions they are it should have a video call function so you can see and hear there videos and voices to be able to choose your city town or county on the search page to have a mobile price plan to tell you how old they are when you are looking at there profiles and to have a new members page and a local members Page to hopefully see them all or some if them in a new update soon apart from those things brilliant game thanks LeeEvery time I load the screens even though I just logged in, it's just goes back to my home screen for some reason.

2. I suggests extra checks to see if people are telling the Truth or notI didn't manage to get in because the age says 16 or over on the app store but when you try to register you have to be 18 or over.Can't get past the choice your first photos page.

3. No emails fix the problem.It's a good app but I cant watch ads to get credits no offense but how stupid is that, don't ads make you money?I like the app, it helps me meet new people and make friendsFull of fake profiles with no location showing.

4. Waste of time.It's just like any other thing and you can still get people who are scammers to get money out of you pocket and people who don't have the same looks as their pictures.

5. Is it a way to fix it?Registration is broken, it ask you to upload or take a profile photo.

1. Fix Vibes Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Vibes: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Vibes App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Vibes" » Open Vibes: Love, Flirt & Hookup » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Vibes » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Vibes: Love, Flirt & Hookup app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Vibes servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Vibes: Love, Flirt & Hookup" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Vibes app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Vibes might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Vibes. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Vibes then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Vibes not working

2. Fix Vibes Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Vibes be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Vibes not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Vibes may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
