1. I give up.I give a zero star if possible it's not accurate forecast is always wrong I only use wkyt .The new requirement to load the weather app for access to weather info in the regular WYMT app is no fun.

2. I always kno what the weather is or if there's a weather alert in order to keep myself and my family safe!WYMT RADAR APP is great 👍 and is 95% right on.

3. The ads that auto play with sound have to go.Timely alerts is something we value very much my husband has got a new touch screen phone and I download WYMT radar and he absolutely loves it himself and so do I and they are very reliableGood for the radar.

4. The fact I have to have a second app from wymt just for the weather is ridiculous in itself.

5. There is a plethora of graphics and ads preceding basic weather info in the weather app.

6. On top of that inconvenience, the ads freeze the entire app so you can't even view the weather.

7. At this point, it is easier just to google the weather than to hop back and forth between the news and weather app.

9. I don't mind ads but for goodness sake, TURN DOWN THE SOUND !The app freezes all the time, maybe because the ad's are so intrusive.

1. Fix WYMT Radar Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart WYMT Radar: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the WYMT Radar App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WYMT Radar" » Open WYMT Radar » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WYMT Radar » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear WYMT Radar app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WYMT Radar servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WYMT Radar" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check WYMT Radar app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WYMT Radar might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall WYMT Radar. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WYMT Radar then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing WYMT Radar not working

2. Fix WYMT Radar Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make WYMT Radar be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to WYMT Radar not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, WYMT Radar may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
