1. This weather app ia great! I love the radar feature thay gives you options to include clouds, rain, tornado watch and more! From our experience, It's very accurate.

2. They show up on the radar but I can no longer press to open up a window for further information for any given icon.The Android version is bright orange for no apparent reason.

3. But yet you say you're"proud"of this?It will work for a few weeks then it will freeze and I cant check anything I have to Uninstall it the reinstall it for it to start working againI have had the 11alive app since 2014 and i love it.

1. Restart 11Alive WX: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the 11Alive WX App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "11Alive WX" » Open 11Alive WX » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for 11Alive WX » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear 11Alive WX app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from 11Alive WX servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "11Alive WX" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check 11Alive WX app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, 11Alive WX might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall 11Alive WX. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall 11Alive WX then reinstall.
