1. Really need to step it up in that department.There really needs to be a better interface for the roku and Samsung Tv apps, and definitely needs a fast forward/rewind 10sec, or 30sec, or 1min; because so much happens in those split second moments you miss entirely otherwise, and tapping on the scroll to rewind is way to far and almost defeats the purpose for me cuz I'll get really into the story and miss something kinda important rewind and then I'm not IN IT anymore and it's not as enjoyable, with a quick rewind I wouldn't have that problem, like watching any intense tv shows on Netflix or qhatever.

It has gotten a whole lot better in the past couple years that i've been watching the network but still needs more work and will probly always need more work to continuously get better.I was totally looking forward to Wrestlemania 35 and paying for the subscription but the app kept shutting down, lagging and constantly rewinding the stream.

3. It was not my network connection because all of the other devices had no issues during the stream (even after installing and running the app on a separate device and deleting/reinstalling on my device).

4. Its annoying if you use the app a lot!Overall an OK app, but while it desperately needs a rewind feature(10 or 30 seconds), the glaring issue is the internal feedback option.

5. Before the update when the network would drop out, you'd get the error but it would resume the program after the signal came back.

1. Fix WWE Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart WWE: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the WWE App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WWE" » Open WWE » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WWE » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear WWE app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WWE servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WWE" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check WWE app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WWE might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall WWE. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WWE then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing WWE not working

2. Fix WWE Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make WWE be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to WWE not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, WWE may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
