Why should I report an Issue with WOW Parenting - Helping parent?

1. Very leery of apps that have nothing to do with media but want 2 access it? Then I was amazed when I saw another person leave the exact same comment and the app makers REPLIED 2 that person & said "no you can opt Out of that part and still install" but that's NOT true bc I DID try that and the app said: It had 2 have permission to my media or I couldn't work the app!?!?" So very glad I uninstalled!Is ao hard to understand the man in the videos, it didn't even give me the option to choose a coach.

2. I'm sure I would use frequently if it would allow me to create an account.Never got in to use it! Every time I tried to sign up it just kept going in circles as if working but nothing happened!? So I went out and tried again, nothing happened....Why do u need access in my media..files and pics... In my mobile.. Thats not important for u..its very confidential details.. I m uninstalling this app.

3. All the questions didn't have the best selection for answers, what if the father isn't in the picture, he doesn't work and never made it past high school ? It doesn't give a selection for that or a (single parent who does it all) and I could only select 1 or 2 kids, i have 3 which is when I uninstalled the app.I wish I liked it or could relate to it.

4. You should have to give only advices on parenting.. And you are asking permission for my mobile data.. Thats not fair.. I m disappointed.You MUST grant access to photos to use.

5. This app is not what I thought, very disappointed.Very cheap quality app it's mandatory to select City and there is no option to select City it's taking from map but it's also not working so, can't go ahead.

6. That's why such cheap quality app uninstalled by me.it doesn't work.

1. Fix WOW Parenting Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart WOW Parenting: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the WOW Parenting App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WOW Parenting" » Open WOW Parenting - Helping parent » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WOW Parenting » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear WOW Parenting - Helping parent app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WOW Parenting servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WOW Parenting - Helping parent" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check WOW Parenting app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WOW Parenting might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall WOW Parenting. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WOW Parenting then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing WOW Parenting not working

2. Fix WOW Parenting Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make WOW Parenting be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to WOW Parenting not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, WOW Parenting may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
