What users are saying

1. On the online app there isn't the ability to change options like start and end time or, client option, or staff member, or client information once the schedule is made.

2. This version makes connecting with my customers harder, and that's what we're in business for!I like having the ability to upload media from my phone to the online storage collectively.

3. And to top it all off, I have to start my listings at the computer then try to upload the photos on my phone.This app took away features from the previous version that were so helpful.

8. I use an animated logo in place of a still banner, and it's kind of ugly to see a time bar and full screen button.

9. This is what I wanted the app for as I spend a lot of time in the hospital and wanted a way to keep up with my blog without needing a computer.

10. As long as you're willing to put time in to make a good website, it will turn out great.

11. This app is so handy, and it never works! The bookings schedule is so glitchy and takes so long to load, I can take a 10 minute drive home, log in online, and still beat the app.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Spaces Issues

1. Fix Spaces Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Spaces: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Spaces App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Spaces" » Open Spaces: Follow Businesses » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Spaces » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Spaces: Follow Businesses app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Spaces servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Spaces: Follow Businesses" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Spaces app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Spaces might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Spaces. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Spaces then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Spaces not working


2. Fix Spaces Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Spaces be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Spaces not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Spaces may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
