1. Inbox feature freezes when ever trying to send a message tooI've been a WIX customer for a few years.
2. When you spend the amount of time, energy, and money that we small business owners spend these issues should have been resolved.
3. Trying to respond to customer emails on it and it freezes a few words in this is not intermittent issue it happens within seconds of using the appApp is very slow and laggy.
4. Drastically slows down response time to potential customers.So many issues with this app.
5. I tried to add a new contact 2 times today and for some reason every time I went to search for the client to book them I couldn't find the contact.Glitches constantly.
6. I'm not sure what's going on but I noticed since the beginning of the year that I'm not getting notifications when a potential client visits my site or sends me a message.
7. Probably will drop wix messaging service as this issue has been around for a couple months now.
8. Every time I click a box to fill out, it zooms my screen in all the way and jumps to the bottom of the page.
9. I would recommend other users with android phones to do the same.Mehh... can you stop it from freezing when trying to message/email customers.
10. Either my entire screen locks and I have to turn off my phone or I get the message app crashed after it froze for a minute.
11. Not a fan of the most recent update (June '23) booking with the dial date and time is extremely annoying and time consuming.
