Why should I report an Issue with PredictWind - Marine Forecasts?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of PredictWind Limited to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Uninstalled.App was good to use with full subscription but two complaints, when I tried to cancel my subscription they said they would take away the remaining time I had left on my paid subscription so I had to cancel on the last couple of days, the cancel feature didn't work so had to send emails to get it sortedW8ng for download.

2. 2- make the app remember the last update for offline use... While sailing costal or offshore we lose internet often for hours at the time and can't review the last forcast.

3. instead of putting the price up, frigged the app to force an upgrade!)Great app... But... A few anointing things... 1- the arrows to view the times on the map are too small and it's easy too click elsewhere or move to the end or lose the info pop-up.

4. Again, content is excellent but the app quality is well below the bar for the competition.My favorite wind / sailing / ocean app.

5. I Would recommend for anyone doing any kind of ocean sports or activities or just interested in the ocean.***** Outstanding app***** There is just so much detail even in the "Basic" tier.

6. Its also pretty slow, even with decent internet.Content is excellent but the app hangs all the time for me.

7. I keep the free version, my husband has the paid version to download weather when we are under sail.

8. The prediction models are hit and miss on accuracy, but thats not a functional error of the software.

9. I just wish there was a way to overlay multiple prediction models as a default setting.

10. These people are not your friend.The app on a phone is adequate however the iridium go excec for predictwind is absolute garbage.

11. If it can't give windspeed in the correct term I will instantly delete it because I've used this app before And another one is the windspeed is advertised as only half strength during events like it's competition.

1. Fix PredictWind Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart PredictWind: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the PredictWind App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PredictWind" » Open PredictWind - Marine Forecasts » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PredictWind » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear PredictWind - Marine Forecasts app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PredictWind servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PredictWind - Marine Forecasts" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check PredictWind app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PredictWind might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall PredictWind. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PredictWind then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PredictWind not working

2. Fix PredictWind Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PredictWind be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to PredictWind not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, PredictWind may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
