Kaleider Customer Insights
1. I haven't seen if you can record motion though? I've been using a screen recorder, but then I have to crop out the buttons.
2. This app is absolutely fantastic, especially when used in conjunction with vivid images/photos & other editing apps.
3. The interface could improve, especially where you apparently need to go through two levels of menus to save an image.
Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Kaleider Issues
1. Fix Kaleider Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart Kaleider: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the Kaleider App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Kaleider" » Open Kaleider » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Kaleider » click "UPDATE".
- Clear Kaleider app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Kaleider servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Kaleider" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check Kaleider app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Kaleider might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall Kaleider. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Kaleider then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Kaleider not working
2. Fix Kaleider Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Kaleider be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Kaleider not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Kaleider may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
