1. I'm on the verge of canceling my subscription altogether.Looks nothing like the print version...missing some articles and other content that is in the print version...it looks to be more up to date....it would be nice to have the old e version which was just a pic of the print edition and add up to the minute contentEffort to cancel this app are almost impossible.
2. So far I have spent over an hour trying to get rid of it.Don't purchase this app I cancelled my subscription and they continued to charge me.I couldn't read any articles when i subscribed.I was charged 99 cents now they charge me $7.99 every 16 days.
3. The comic page is so much easier to zoom in and read (applies to text pages too, but you know ... priorities.) Good job IT developers!I tried cancelling my digital subscription over a month ago.
4. When you call to be refunded they give you the runaroundIt worked when I first got it on my Fire Tablet...then it was no longer supported on the Fire tablets....useless.Having problems with app...the number provided to contact does not work.
5. My subscription price per month before cancelling was $1....which they had been billing me twice for before as well.It sucks! It keeps logging me out and will not recognize me as a subscriber.
6. I can access and load the app from the app store but it does not appear on my phone.Great news coverage, but it constantly asks me to sign in, not sure why it can't keep me signed in like other apps.
7. Second of all, after a series of emails in which I had to give them more personal information, they finally told me my subscription was cancelled.
8. (No more freezing & crashing.) When the app is closed during the day, re-opening returns the reader to the same page - instead of page one.
9. No more stops mid-read for an "updated edition" which *always* would go back to page one.
10. The 2020-2021 version of the app is greatly improved in stability and responsiveness.
11. Very lucky if I get 1 or 2 papers a week! When they moved to Jackson Tennessee it marked the beginning of the end which is probably very near.
