Why should I report an Issue with FunLab - Magic Face Editor?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. This should be removed off of the store for false advertisement and predatory subscription models.It doesn't even work! Dont waste your time with this app it is useless! Dont waste money on itThis app charges an insane amount for what it provides after the free 3-day trial.

2. Dissapointing! I thought I'd be able to have some fun and mess around with a cartoon version of myself...but NO! You can take the photo, you can scan your hand, but you can't actually get results without premium! It costs too much and the free trial is only three days.

3. If the trial isn't canceled in time it automatically spends your money 🤬They only give you 3 free days then it's $26 a month.

4. You can't do legit anything in the app unless you pay and its 79.99 A YEAR! Like theres a 3 day trial for 3 days! And if u dont cancel it in time it auto pays.

5. If you're gonna give people a trial & ask for that type of $$ then give us something to work with...instead of wasting people time.Scam. Does not do what is advertised.

6. If you at least change it so that we can do the quizzes for free I'll change to 2 star but for now it's a 1 star (0 if I could) 🤬🤮👿😤While usin this app, I saw that it had an option to have a 3 day free trial.

7. 3 day free trial and they want your credit card info up front.

8. I obviously clicked it so I could look into what I was paying into and it automatically paid for it (which I didn't authorize) when I only wanted to use the trial period.

9. It is literally impossible to use any feature of the app without paying for an exhorbitant monthly subscription, and exiting their many subscription prompts is made to be as difficult as possible.

10. If you have a beard, the comic images feature registers the beard as part of your chin, so it only works if you're clean shaven.

11. Comic image has 3 (yes three!!) bad options & I mean aweful...like 4th grader art class.

1. Fix FunLab Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart FunLab: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the FunLab App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FunLab" » Open FunLab - Magic Face Editor » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FunLab » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear FunLab - Magic Face Editor app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FunLab servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FunLab - Magic Face Editor" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check FunLab app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FunLab might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall FunLab. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FunLab then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FunLab not working

2. Fix FunLab Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FunLab be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to FunLab not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, FunLab may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
