Why should I report an Issue with We Heart It?

1. Also podcast being pushed on weheartit?? This isn't Spotify or youtube! The app now looks incomplete and I will uninstall effective immediately, such a shame.It used to be a cool app where you could create some folders to get inspired by and now it's just incomprehensible, there's nothing really cool about it anymore, you used to be able to share photos and create something but now there's podcasts?? and it's just trying to copy instagram which is super sad, it was such a special app to me and it turned to something really really bad and confusingBefore the We Heart It app upgraded.

2. Why did you remove the profiles and albums from the app? You can no longer search for specific things either? I can't see any of my own hearts and I can't search for new hearts either so what is the point? Completely ruined it and I hope you return it to the previous format and with the saved hearts and albums.

3. So this is now a picture editing platform that...sucks. It has no a search bar and shows a continuous stream of 2013-ish content I didnt subscribe to.

4. I don't even care for the editing pictures function which I already have through other editing apps... So for now I will be unsubscribing which is unfortunate because We Heart It is really great.

5. I lost 5 years worth of photos on my account with no warning, to be replaced with...? I don't know what the future of the app was supposed to be, but its not even in the same universe of what I liked this app for.

6. If they ever decide to revert the app back to what it was I may re-download.I've never once left a bad review on any app in my life but this new future absolutely ruined everything, I had an extremely large collection of photos and folders which are all now gone.

7. It's just a shame they're not making decent choices when it comes to the mobile platform.we heart it used to be so so good and now it's almost as if your being transported back to 2013 when you open it up.

8. Deleting users profiles, collections, followers, everything that I and many others have built over years, even a decade.

9. It may sound stupid to some, but the fact that it used to offer such a nice and relaxing space on the internet to get away from other social media is what used to make it great.New layout is horrible.

10. All down the drain for it to just be turned into another editing app more concerned about profits and kicking their loyal users to the curb.

11. Now with the upgrade I dont have anything, just my saved pictures, no followers, I don't even know how to look up the pictures.

1. Fix We Heart It Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart We Heart It: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the We Heart It App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "We Heart It" » Open We Heart It » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for We Heart It » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear We Heart It app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from We Heart It servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "We Heart It" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check We Heart It app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, We Heart It might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall We Heart It. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall We Heart It then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing We Heart It not working

2. Fix We Heart It Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make We Heart It be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to We Heart It not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, We Heart It may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
