1. Nice work guys to assemble all web series in one app....loved the idea and the app.. Found some problems like video pauses every single moment when captions are on... Some suggestions: Try to introduce a favorite'a tab where the user can bookmark his/her favorite web series.

1. Fix Web Series Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Web Series: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Web Series App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Web Series" » Open Web Series » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Web Series » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Web Series app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Web Series servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Web Series" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Web Series app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Web Series might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Web Series. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Web Series then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Web Series not working
