1. Don't even consider opting for the paid premium version.The widget was working for a long time, but now it no longer works, which still worked with the previous version.

6. The only issue, if I'm not wrong, is the clock on the widget which shows the time of weather update info, and not the actual time.

7. Free weather information from Google seemed more accurate and reliable than what I got with this app.

8. It's a tough field.Nice, fancy looking app with beautiful Earth visualisation, but it doesn't work as proper forecast app.

1. Fix WEATHER NOW Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart WEATHER NOW: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the WEATHER NOW App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WEATHER NOW" » Open WEATHER NOW » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WEATHER NOW » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear WEATHER NOW app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WEATHER NOW servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WEATHER NOW" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check WEATHER NOW app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WEATHER NOW might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall WEATHER NOW. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WEATHER NOW then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing WEATHER NOW not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make WEATHER NOW be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.

3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, WEATHER NOW may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
