1. i didn't give it 5 starts because you have to pay to unlock certain breeds of dogFur Babies enrich our lives in so many way and y'all provide a way to spread a smile across so many faces.I've enjoyed and appreciated Weather Puppy for over 8 years.

2. Also used it for travel locations and it works well.Want to like it and thought about upgrading from free, but it keeps crashing so won't pay for something that keeps crashing.I am a part time meteorologist, Sometimes this app is more reliable and accurate then what we use at the TV station.

3. Been mostly broken for abour a year with some functions not working.Starts my morning off with a smile to see a cute dog as I read the weather.

4. May be time to find another weather app, it's too bad too cause I do like the puppy pics, but the ad hundering is just way too much !!Finally working again.

5. I removed 1 star due to a recent problem of a couple days of blank pages/insistent requests for chosing another puppy set.

6. The widget that shows the forcast isn't free.

7. So you have to open the app each time you want to check the forcast.

8. Sorry guys.This app is ok but ill say this, the ads are starting to get ridiculous! A bit excessive and the video ads tend to blast your phone out of your hand with the volume.

9. Why not just one small random ad at the bottom of the screen instead of pop ups you can't skip?I love this app.

1. Fix Weather Puppy Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Weather Puppy: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Weather Puppy App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Weather Puppy" » Open Weather Puppy - App & Widget » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Weather Puppy » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Weather Puppy - App & Widget app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Weather Puppy servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Weather Puppy - App & Widget" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Weather Puppy app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Weather Puppy might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Weather Puppy. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Weather Puppy then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Weather Puppy not working

2. Fix Weather Puppy Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Weather Puppy be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Weather Puppy not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Weather Puppy may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
