1. Even though it'd been six years and I'd spent a whole $2 on the app, they were able to help me out and restore the missing theme.The kitties are adorable and change based on the weather or time of day.

2. However, as long as you have good service in your area you can have kitten themed real time weather in seconds.

3. Doesn't require the premium subscription, but those who don't prefer ads may choose to buy it.Since weather underground quit working, I have been looking for a good weather app.

Quick note, you do need to watch an ad again even if you want to change back to a pack you've already watched an ad for but I like I said the ads are short.I used to love this app but I was forced to upgrade and now the themes that I have previously paid for are no longer available unless I pay again.

1. Fix Weather Kitty Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Weather Kitty: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Weather Kitty App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Weather Kitty" » Open Weather Kitty - App & Widget » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Weather Kitty » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Weather Kitty - App & Widget app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Weather Kitty servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Weather Kitty - App & Widget" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Weather Kitty app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Weather Kitty might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Weather Kitty. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Weather Kitty then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Weather Kitty not working

2. Fix Weather Kitty Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Weather Kitty be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Weather Kitty not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Weather Kitty may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
