After uploading all documents, having a video call to check my documents (and I had to go home and take passport because weshare doesn't like Italian ID card), the person at the call center told me I can't register because my German driving license (a duplicate of the Italian one I have since 20 years) is less than one year old ... in the meanwhile I hadn't any problem in registering with ALL the other car sharing apps ...Cars are good, app is clunky.
2. Other car share apps offer a far superior user experience, electric car selection, pricing, service area and service terms.One of the best car sharing option in Berlin! However the app seems have a bugs at the moment.
3. Either way, I think it's inexcusable that these exact same bugs are still there (and reading other reviews, common) 1.5years after the launch of the service.well, the cars are great, the minutes rate is pretty good.
4. one upgrade that in my eyes is doable and if love to see- a stand for your mobile device, would be super practical!Best car sharing service in Berlin! Yet there are issues...Since we rarely fly to the cars by air, it makes little sense to rank the car list in the app by their air distance.
5. Considering how long it's out there, I'd expect more polished experience.App is broken, possibly since last update - I was logged out and when I attempt to log-in, everything's white, I can't rent cars nor even open the main menu.
6. And often it will not display my current hire: I have to randomly click around until it finally displays me the trip options.The app is very buggy (crashes, takes a long time to start/end a car share), as is their back office systems (incorrect emails, payment errors).
7. Which is convenient for the company and slightly less for customers.The one star does not reflect the cars or customer service.
8. The software has a lot of bugs though, I don't think me or my partner had a ride without at least one software issue, since almost the launch of the service.
9. Those are fine, comparable to all other companies and I love that the cars are all electric.

11. UX seems like a second though, reporting damage is obnoxious - who has time to write you detailed email, when on a go? A quick pic in app would be a nice option (e.g.: Like Miles does).
