1. It takes you back to your basket every time you order one single item, just to see if you want to check out, because God forbid if you would like to order more.

2. I think they should have a selection gir if you want less, regardless, or more of a certain condiment on your sandwich.Extremely slow, menus are broken, doesnt allow screnshotting, and forces you to enable location instead of just selecting a store.

3. Because it takes Aa very long time at the register to pull up the rewards card, I try to screenshot it so I can add it to my Google wallet instead.

4. I use this app to check what the store has available, but even then half the time when i finish ordering and go to check out it says one of the items is unavailable without specifying which one.

5. It takes a long time to load on Android and even longer to get the rewards card up.

6. I almost never have time to pull up the rewards barcode in the store, even when there are several people ahead of me.

7. The amount of time it takes to load from screen to screen the app isn't even worth using.

8. I would not recommend this app to anyone except perhaps a few regulars who want to shave a bit of time off of the ordering process.I used to like the app more when I could pay for my gas in it.

9. The only reason you should have it is for the rewards and even then you won't be able to use it in the store because of how slow the app is to loads.

10. Switching between the sections of the app is incredibly slow and it is difficult to place an order.

11. Im also a little dissapointed that when i add a giftcard to the app, it just shows up as yellow on the app, but i've seen other people's apps show whats actually on the front of the gift card.

1. Fix Wawa Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Wawa: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Wawa App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Wawa" » Open Wawa » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Wawa » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Wawa app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Wawa servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Wawa" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Wawa app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Wawa might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Wawa. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Wawa then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Wawa not working

2. Fix Wawa Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Wawa be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Wawa not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Wawa may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
