1. Update//// After a few years and some updates this app has gotten a lot better! The latest update seems to have cleared up the issue where I would have to sometimes close the app and open again to start a new machine, and the issue where the timer would not start if I locked my phone before the payment dialogue ended.
2. Until it's faster or there is a mutli machine option it's multiple minutes faster to hit the cancel button on the app the moment you hear the machine start moving.
3. Partner organizations would offer rewards for clicks or buys.It takes a ridiculously long time to start multiple machines at one time.
4. Good job development team!Never fails to disappoint! Latest version still has all the bugs I've seen - the developers must have been too busy removing features to bother fixing anything.
5. Tech/service people D+,.. I say axe this vendor at assoc, unless kickbacks flow.I can't just connect to the box in my laundry room and start a machine.
6. App has some bugs because I can't see balance and machine has been taking my money and when asking for a refund I never get a reply back.
7. It would be a Gazillion times cooler if there was a rewards system for using it, like get every 10th wash free, or gifts like add 10 minutes to your dryer, or upgrade your washer to the deluxe or ultra cycle.
8. Maybe the next version could play the sound of a mosquito at maximum volume, so my ears don't feel left out? Remember, if you just try, the user experience can always get worse!Makes things more streamlined.
9. Edit: still doesn't display proper dryer times and to reach out to support via the "Contact Us" option only opens outlook email, not Gmail that I actively use.
10. Many times the machine is running, but the app shows no active machines, causing me to have to run back to check if it is actually running-or if it has stopped.
11. And my facility doesn't have a card machine and if it does its in the managers office.

You are stealing my money all the time. Everytime I try to spend 25 cents you take $5.00 or whatever the amount youbwant, and it is just not fair. I have tried to contact your site to obtain a regund and I dont get any money. It is unbeliavable and unfair. Stop stealing my money!!!!
