Wadi Customer Insights

1. Doing business is good but cheating and fraud ain't business.There is no proper support for this app.. They will cancel the order without any confirmation and then there is no refund.. Have followed up with Wadi Team multiple times,in vain.. If there are less than 1 star.. I would have preferred that.It is a scam, don't pay in advance, they will not deliver, and then just delete you account from system so you can't access it.

2. There is a option for galaxy note 8 phones and there are only coversthis app never took order .it fails after all thr hard work of selecting the items and enter the credit card details and Authorize it.it simply says ' order could not be places.please try again' .such a stupid application.

3. Another issue is once you click the order placement button it takes you to the bank verification page which you can only see after zooming it out.

4. i tried many times and the app did not place the order at all.Atrocious, the just didn't deliver my order.

5. You'd never know if the order was placed if the bank didn't send you an SMS.

6. do not recommend it.When you order, you cant track your order or cancel through the applucation.

7. I placed an order.. It wasn't confirmed for a day.

8. I took 2 wks for my order and still waiting.

9. No number to call... Only an email no one is reading.Worst online market.

10. bought an item 5 days ago, and no update on the tracking section of the site.

11. the worst thing is that the items stated in the flyers buy one take one but actually it is not true.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Wadi Issues

1. Fix Wadi Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Wadi: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Wadi App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Wadi" » Open Wadi - Online Shopping App » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Wadi » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Wadi - Online Shopping App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Wadi servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Wadi - Online Shopping App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Wadi app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Wadi might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Wadi. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Wadi then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Wadi not working


2. Fix Wadi Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Wadi be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Wadi not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Wadi may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
