1. Why? It would have been one of the best status downloading app if it works well for Facebook Instagram and TikTok as well.It was working perfectly well for all app... But recently it's only work perfectly for Whatsapp but Instagram and Facebook, u will have to log in to the app after posting the link and when u log in, you can't download the video again but you will just be browsing with itThis is the best app ever, when you post your video within a day you get more likes unlike other apps,I got entertained,i can laugh, dance,sing and many more,but the only problem am facing it always hangs wen I want to upload my videos, second issue when I want to login to my new account it always brings me back to my old account, what can I do to keep on enjoying this appThis app is more or less emty.

But the problem is that after you have created animated video it's play with it's audio you can even change the audio and as well it's play as if the video have scratches.It's working fine for downloading WhatsApp video and photo status but it stopped working for downloading Facebook, Instagram short videos.

1. Fix Vstatus Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Vstatus: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Vstatus App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Vstatus" » Open Vstatus - Video Downloader » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Vstatus » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Vstatus - Video Downloader app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Vstatus servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Vstatus - Video Downloader" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Vstatus app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Vstatus might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Vstatus. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Vstatus then reinstall.

2. Fix Vstatus Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Vstatus be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Vstatus not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Vstatus may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
