Why should I report an Issue with Lemo - Chill & Chat?

1. I suggest young children to stay away as it's true that old men (who may claim they are 18) will actually hit up on ppl that are young as 13 years old.why can't I sign up, it rejected all phone numbers, email and my Facebook name, how can I register someone helpThe experience was nice.

Please do something about this issue.Every try calling it always crash,, idk why pls fox it for call,, sometimes not get notifications for call log 😩Map Games still available with Chinese ROM? it's NOT FAIRYou guys really suck at improving the screen share audio, nevermind improving it's non-existent, there's literally no audio for screen share even when I play a video from my files.

3. What the hell is wrong!?!? Please fix this.so bad, it never work, every time I try to register it show this message ( unfortunately, the phone number from its area is not available to register ) even if i was registered with my Google account or my Facebook account.

4. Although I've been only on it for a few weeks so I have not made any real friends yet but so far so good I like it.App is pretty good but..Everytime I enter something always pops up saying you are being hacked unable to connect please try again.

5. It's so dman disappointing man, this hasn't been fixed for almost a year or 2 now, please fix itThis is a pretty interesting app with a lot of pretty solid functions without having to pay.

6. I tried my phone and my Email but both didn't work, maybe you'll have better luck.

7. There was a Facebook option I believe but I dont use Facebook so yeah that wasnt happening.

8. I thought this was an online platform where you can find new friends but it seems like it isn't the case.

9. It's one of the worst apps I've ever downloaded.Couldn't login... simple as that.

10. I'm only 16 and literally everyone in the app is either asking for my photos or nudes and when I don't send any they disappear.

1. Fix Lemo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Lemo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Lemo App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Lemo" » Open Lemo - Chill & Chat » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Lemo » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Lemo - Chill & Chat app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Lemo servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Lemo - Chill & Chat" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Lemo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Lemo might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Lemo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Lemo then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Lemo not working

2. Fix Lemo Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Lemo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Lemo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Lemo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
