1. Went from a iPhone to an android bit sucks I have the paid version on iPhone and the free one on Android and I can't seem to find the paid version and don't see a way to restore what I paid for.I joined this community back in 2015 and it was amazing.

2. Everything on popular is stuff you would've seen on Instagram or anywhere else Useable app if you want to waste time, but not as good as it was a few years ago, so I wouldn't recommend it.

3. The app itself is outdated and needs a huge update if it will ever have a chance of getting back on it's feet.awesome community, crappy app The whole app is poorly designed, bulky, somwhat unstable, and just has an all around terrible user experience.

5. Absolutely NO tools for Android users whatsoever! You have four options total, and none of them are remotely useful! You claim you have the option to add a still picture to a GIF, but there's none.

6. However the premium version which includes no ads and more creative opportunities is only available on Apple products.

1. Fix Pictophile Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Pictophile: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Pictophile App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Pictophile" » Open Pictophile: Meme Maker & Gener » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Pictophile » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Pictophile: Meme Maker & Gener app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Pictophile servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Pictophile: Meme Maker & Gener" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Pictophile app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Pictophile might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Pictophile. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Pictophile then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Pictophile not working

2. Fix Pictophile Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Pictophile be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Pictophile not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Pictophile may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
