Worthless app.I give this app a one star because you have to pay to download a video off YouTube and it keeps saying wrong format when ever I tried to copy a link for a video Do that download this this app truly sucksAttempting to add a video from a url leads to blank screen with nowhere to enter them now.busted app, try downloading a video after redirected and nothing, even pay the $2 bucks to see if that worked nothing.

2. Every time to pause Play or to seek you need to out the phone from the VR headset.

3. Need to add Play pause and seek menu from the VR headset.

4. Need to support more videos format.Downloads won't finish and the app randomly deleted videos.

5. Very frustrating as it didnt use to do this.Useless. Can't search phone for files despite menu option.

10. Not what I'm looking for.It seems to work perfectly fine for my VR needs!Lots of propaganda and it doesn't even opens a video.

1. Fix FreeVRPlayer Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart FreeVRPlayer: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the FreeVRPlayer App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FreeVRPlayer" » Open FreeVRPlayer » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FreeVRPlayer » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear FreeVRPlayer app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FreeVRPlayer servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FreeVRPlayer" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check FreeVRPlayer app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FreeVRPlayer might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall FreeVRPlayer. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FreeVRPlayer then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FreeVRPlayer not working

2. Fix FreeVRPlayer Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FreeVRPlayer be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to FreeVRPlayer not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, FreeVRPlayer may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
