1. Deleted app, reinstalled, tested on different android phone...same error.On my Galaxy S10+ the interface is not working correct, buttons in the upper right corner are hidden behind the camera holes, menu button on the top left is behand notification bar/clock and can barely be reached/openedNice idea, but its responsiveness is so bad, really ruins the fun.

2. I'm just trying to find an app to control my train from my phone.What's happened to the public profiles? There seem to be new ones, but older ones like the pencil-drawing and the Porsche 911 seem to have disappeared.

3. In the update a few months back they added a screen-flip feature which was only annoying and made controlling SBricks more painful, and after the last update my profiles designed in the online profile designer no longer load properly.

9. I connected via Facebook in app only to find out the actual remote set up is done in browser.

10. Can continue as guest but can't access remote profiles without actually logging in.

11. The facebook icon only direct to making a new account and the email/pass log in won't recognize my credentials.

1. Fix SBrick Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart SBrick: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SBrick App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SBrick" » Open SBrick » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SBrick » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SBrick app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SBrick servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SBrick" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SBrick app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SBrick might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SBrick. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SBrick then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SBrick not working

2. Fix SBrick Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SBrick be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SBrick not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SBrick may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
