Click to finalize and get a blank screen for 10 minutes before getting kicked offline.I really don't care for the pharmacy part of the app, because it rarely updates correctly, and there isn't an option to do fast pickup or whatever it's called if you have insurance and there is no charge for your meds.
2. I'm always surprised when something actually works without issue bc that is rare.Horrible! It messes coupons up every time.
3. I can't order photos on the app because it freezes every time I try to add one to my cart or adjust the size.
4. I just spent hours editing these pics that I randomly found from a very hard time, to no avail.Crashes, freezes.

Hello,
I have spent several full days on hold or getting the runaround at both the corporate and store level and I cannot seem to figure out how to get my issue resolved.
I have a prescription which in my app is marked "cancelling". I was told there is nothing hanging on my account and no prescriptions filled. Yet in my app, my prescription is frozen and I am unable to transfer it to my new pharmacy.
I need to have this cleared out. It has been over a week now that I can't access my rx. Please fix this and let me know when it is done. Honestly, and without malice, this has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had and I am tired. Please take care of this. I have a screenshot i can send showing that there actually is something being held up under my account.
