1. : With my Roku TV it is still working fine, two stars for that)The new unotv app requires a code to use, which they say can be entered on their website after signing up, but there is no code so this app doesn't work anymore.Seemed like there was no response from app developer about the issue reported about a month ago on version 2.2.4 that the app is asking for code to put in the Registered account but no code provided on the page for device management.

3. Need activation and asking for code to put in the Registered account but no code provided and on the page for device management, no where you can put the code, whatever serial number you put the error will be invalid serial number.

1. Fix UNOIPTV Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart UNOIPTV: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the UNOIPTV App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "UNOIPTV" » Open UNOIPTV » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for UNOIPTV » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear UNOIPTV app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from UNOIPTV servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "UNOIPTV" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check UNOIPTV app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, UNOIPTV might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall UNOIPTV. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall UNOIPTV then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing UNOIPTV not working
