Why should I report an Issue with DrawAnything?

1. There's no undo last function button, no erase button, and your drawing just turns into a mess up basically.App is fun, but the reset button is just blah! If I make a SINGLE MISTAKE, I have to delete all of my work!!!! It's stupid.

2. You can make the pencil bigger, and you can click the button on the bottom right and go to you gallery to see it! If I make a mistake, I can click the eraser and I can erase it!This is a very BASIC drawing app.

3. And it's really depending if it's thick or thin yeah.This is pretty cool but I wish you could get your own color to make 2 starsExcellent app will not agree to take off App Store just needs the option to move stuff and more colorsIt's very fun.

1. Fix DrawAnything Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart DrawAnything: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the DrawAnything App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "DrawAnything" » Open DrawAnything » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for DrawAnything » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear DrawAnything app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from DrawAnything servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "DrawAnything" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check DrawAnything app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, DrawAnything might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall DrawAnything. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall DrawAnything then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing DrawAnything not working

2. Fix DrawAnything Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make DrawAnything be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to DrawAnything not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, DrawAnything may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
