2. Such a small change has limited the usefulness of this app so much.Love this app, builtifuly and well designed with simplicity yet with all the features required to keep show history, visualize the scheduled episodes and discover new shows.

3. Last update changed the way ads appear and now they are super intrusive appearing in your show lists and look exactly like a show in the list instead of an ad.

4. Finally, it seems that the best feature is gone: I used to be able to click on the episode from the to do list and that would take me the show's page and allow to scroll between all seasons and episodes.

5. I have dozens of shows and don't really want to switch but I may have to with this latest update.Love this app.

6. Adverts are fair enough but not the intrusive kind these app owners have decided on.Has been my go to TV app for ages but this latest update has made it almost unusable.

9. But after the latest update i get hit by a wall of text 7 miles high asking for all sorts of permissions.

10. Really disappointed that the widget now only seems to display recent episodes for the last seven days, which you used to be able to set to up to a month.

11. The last update however has added terrible adverts and is frankly a deal breaker.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix TV Show Favs Issues

1. Fix TV Show Favs Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart TV Show Favs: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the TV Show Favs App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TV Show Favs" » Open TV Show Favs » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TV Show Favs » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear TV Show Favs app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TV Show Favs servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TV Show Favs" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check TV Show Favs app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TV Show Favs might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall TV Show Favs. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TV Show Favs then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TV Show Favs not working
