1. Seriously, it will remind you, like, every 7 seconds until you make that turn.Who thought it was a great idea for the map to zoom all the way out every single time you're coming up to an exit on landscape mode.. Over a year since that review and the app certainly looks better, but still doesn't seem to have real time traffic.

2. It will not stop asking for me to enable location permissions, has inaccurate maps, rerouting takes forever, and it has even taken me to a completely different destination than the one I entered.

3. It just needs some work to make it more like what I'm used to.I used it today for the first time, while it did keep me on truck routes, in New York at least it skipped a step directly after toll booths so I ended up going the wrong direction a few times.

4. Thus far though I do like this navigation system because you can put the name of a business in and it will automatically calculate the address.I really enjoy using TruckMap.

1. Fix TruckMap Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart TruckMap: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the TruckMap App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TruckMap" » Open TruckMap - Truck GPS Routes » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TruckMap » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear TruckMap - Truck GPS Routes app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TruckMap servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TruckMap - Truck GPS Routes" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check TruckMap app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TruckMap might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall TruckMap. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TruckMap then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TruckMap not working

2. Fix TruckMap Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make TruckMap be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to TruckMap not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, TruckMap may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
