1. Shows quick play stats fine but who cares about quick play.Didnt get any of my stats right except level and hasn't been update in forever it seems.Isn't updated.

2. I would avoid this app since it is a stats up that is useless without stats updates from overwatch.Says uh oh usernames are case sensitive only when I switch to competitive.

3. Other than that not a bad app.Awful, laggy, can't find any accounts, not worth it.after i ve done everything.

1. Fix TRN Stats Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart TRN Stats: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the TRN Stats App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TRN Stats" » Open TRN Stats: Overwatch » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TRN Stats » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear TRN Stats: Overwatch app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TRN Stats servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TRN Stats: Overwatch" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check TRN Stats app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TRN Stats might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall TRN Stats. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TRN Stats then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TRN Stats not working

2. Fix TRN Stats Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make TRN Stats be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to TRN Stats not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, TRN Stats may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
