1. I also don't understand that items I've liked so I'm notified of their sales have up to $5 price difference per sale which doesn't make sense based on quality.I had a lot of unnecessary problems a few months back, but now it's all good.

2. I like the whole bidding concept, (except, at times, you know they're computer generated) And I LOVE when they throw a dollar or two into my account... That's always nice! 4. I've had it on my phone for months bc Ivee ordered 4 products and they all took 2 months to get to me and that was totally fine! When the arrived they either didn't cut on at all, were broken beyond repair, simply not what was advertised, or the 1 item that actually did work had terrible quality.

5. HOWEVER, the user interface is sluggish, meaning that you tap on a control and nothing happens for about 3 seconds; you scroll through the list and you hit a wall while it loads in items; you hit a category and it takes a few seconds to present a list.

6. Within the app, each item has reviews which are frequently stating "Just received the item, haven't tried it yet but it looks great!" If you haven't tried the item your review is irrelevant.

7. It would be great to search/sort for items with higher reviews since there are often duplicate items.

1. Fix Tophatter Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Tophatter: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Tophatter App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Tophatter" » Open Tophatter: Closeout Deals » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Tophatter » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Tophatter: Closeout Deals app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Tophatter servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Tophatter: Closeout Deals" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Tophatter app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Tophatter might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Tophatter. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Tophatter then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Tophatter not working

2. Fix Tophatter Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Tophatter be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Tophatter not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Tophatter may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
