Lastly, I purchased a bunch of the brushes and things but I am not allowed to use them on my PC without purchasing the yearly subscription, so it was wasted money.So far it gives me almost everything I need to make art and I love the smoothing feature a lot! One thing I would like is a bucket feature or a way to fill in an area with any color.

2. Works incredibly well on my chromebook, love the color wheel (it's all presets from what I can tell so far, but more than I'll ever use), free infinitely sized canvas, 4-5 free layers per canvas (infinite if you subscribe), different background colors and grids, and much more.

I can't say enough how much I've appreciated being able to jump in and start designing effortlessly with no concerns to size, paper, printabiliy, and which brush to use (you can always select everything and change it! Thank you for the palette update and for the love of God get brush design on Android!!!!liked it so much I bought the essentials.

7. I'm completely confused how the developer expects anyone to evaluate their app if they don't allow a single edit to be done to a drawing aside from putting stuff on the canvas- and that includes deletes.

1. Fix Concepts Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Concepts: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Concepts App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Concepts" » Open Concepts: Sketch, Note, Draw » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Concepts » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Concepts: Sketch, Note, Draw app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Concepts servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Concepts: Sketch, Note, Draw" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Concepts app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Concepts might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Concepts. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Concepts then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Concepts not working

2. Fix Concepts Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Concepts be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Concepts not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Concepts may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
