Will update.I was using this app for a 2 months, was good while answering the surveys and get a lot of points, but when I have 30$ in my account I couldn't log in, they tell me it's a wrong password (I'm sure it's the right one 😐) so I tried to change the password and didn't get any emails, also I contact with support and ZERO RESPONSE!!! It feel likes they did this to not pay me!!!Most surveys are not working properly when you tried to participate there is a problem with the redirect to the survey sites or some are broken.

2. A fair amount of points for inaction, and also the ability to earn more points by doing surveys! So it ranks up there with Embee Mobile Performance Meter and the like... It's a good one, get it, get some free stuff, free money, free gift cards, - just I think the points expire at some point, I'm not sure if it's after a year, or 18 months or something, but watch out for that! Otherwise it's great, great program, and VPN! Thanks Toluna!💥Far below expectations.

3. I have lost a total of 8000 points today alone due to various issues ranging from getting stuck at the tail end of a study to disappearance of the link to proceed in the study at halfway, to links not opening at all while loading for several minutes.

3. Clear Toluna Influencers app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Toluna Influencers servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Toluna Influencers" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Toluna Influencers app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Toluna Influencers might not work.
