Developer please explain & 'repair' if needed, otherwise, until this 'issue' is resolved, I'd suggest to EVERY USER of this application (or at least to those one, who are aware & 'educated' about such problems in quite many apps nowadays and care about such privacy 'breaches') to uninstall this app ASAP because of privacy concerns & drainage of your battery (just relying on the info of PAID & QUALITY AV software - this has NOTHING TO DO with my personal opinion, but the overall 'industry score' of the AV apps in question, which pointed out to this "troubling" issue).

But UI and those few webcams it offers are okay.its really one of those mature,always interesting,non game,awsome must have always in your app screen.its fast to look amd change from locations all over the world.beautiful locations.and live views that you can zoom in and out on.helps to get a better grasp of our planet and track the suns movement by if its morning,day ,or night,and what location...highly recommendedwould rate higher if camera placemen was better in more of the locations.

Not much for introducing places you have never seen.This app is very good, lots of live webcams from all over the world , I have been using it for a while now and it seems to get updated regularly ,smart searches and a map of the world showing all the current webcams is very handy My wife loves to watch the pet daycare center in sterling , Virginia if you are into that check it out.

4. ADD ON: Just wanted to point potential users to a fact, which I personally find VERY INTERESTING: The paid version of the app (4 Euros!!!) has no privacy 'breaching' issues.

5. Love this app! Just gone through a major surgery and feeling miserable in bed but with this app it's keeping me feel warm and fuzzy inside because I feel like I'm actually there and watching so many of the gorgeous places in Europe.

6. BUT: 2 AV apps reminded me (or better said WARNED), that the app is using my location and sharing my PERSONAL DATA to an undisclosed location.

7. The only thing I can add is I wish there was live sound included.Cameras are removed without notification or even a just an explanatory caption.

1. Fix Earth Online Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Earth Online: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Earth Online App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Earth Online" » Open Earth Online: Live World Webcams & Cameras » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Earth Online » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Earth Online: Live World Webcams & Cameras app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Earth Online servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Earth Online: Live World Webcams & Cameras" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Earth Online app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Earth Online might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Earth Online. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Earth Online then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Earth Online not working

2. Fix Earth Online Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Earth Online be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Earth Online not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Earth Online may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
