1. So many times recordings won't start playing or will stop in the middle of me watching with error messages such as "maximum streaming exceeded," claiming I have 2 devices signed in to stream programs recorded on my TiVo, but I don't.
2. sometimes I got "The selected box requires version 2.0 of the Tivo app." I've reinstalled, cleared cache and data, but it won't work.
3. Tivo support says this is a known issue, but there is no fix yet.Doesn't work at all on my Googe Slate.
4. When a show is downloaded, it's saved within the TiVo app and not as a .mp4 regular video file that I can watch on my phone without opening the app (or transfer to my laptop to watch on a bigger screen).Pretty close to useless.
5. On my phone, it does allow me to log in and it shows my recorded programs, but it gets an error whenever I try to actually stream a show.
6. The only way to fix it is to setup in-home and out-of-home streaming while connected to TiVo's WiFi.
7. Either authentication failure (though nothing has changed in the account), or claiming the Tivo is not set up for streaming (it is), or just a timeout.
8. But streaming setup does not work.
9. The actual "Tivo" box is awesome! UPDATE: 4/13/2023 the app connects now., but it tells me to contact my cable service for credentials.
10. worse than 1 star.Until about three months ago, I used this app on my Galaxy all the time, programming recordings, checking the guide, creating OnePass options, with no issues.
11. I don't know how you could make a worse app.Streaming does not work.
