1. If I can't download instruments what's the point of paying for the premium version? How do I get my money back? How do I cancel my upgrade? I can't find anywhere to do this on the appMost realistic guitar app you'll found, just a problem... when you try to download an new guitar it says: "An error occured"... 1. Fix Real Guitar Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Real Guitar: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Real Guitar App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Real Guitar" » Open Real Guitar - Guitar Simulator » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Real Guitar » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Real Guitar - Guitar Simulator app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Real Guitar servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Real Guitar - Guitar Simulator" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Real Guitar app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Real Guitar might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Real Guitar. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Real Guitar then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Real Guitar not working
