Why should I report an Issue with Laura?

So whats the point of having the app if I still have to look up info myself?I am having problems with not hearing her voice it keeps saying oops I have lost my voice and not working so for that I rate it a two I wish it would work oh and it freezes alot as wellStill'm in testing mode, laura is a fast learner when trainned correctly and appropriated still is working on fixing a few bugs, but overall she's doing good but she can do better.Will post final results and a pre and post evaluation after feeling she's capable of substaining on it's own, thank's!!!she just keeps saying oops I lost voice does this feature ever work?? if so I'd rate alot higher still same problem uninstall and reinstall and still have the same problem with it does it ever workok this is so far the creepiest app I've downloaded.

If you're looking for something good try Google Assistant.Before u download ,it looks great but as soon as I started it ..the recording button went glitchy and it froze constantly.Laura bot read intro but then froze.....so if you download most likely it will be a waist of timeAwesome!! Wish she were real! She may be a tad confused and requires a little bit more direction than assumptions like she is receiving from all who seem to think they knowAlways asks to rephrase simple questions...like What time is it in New York.? Or what is current temperature.. Or when asked to find something (she) says "You can look that on Chrome, or Google maps.

3. Hope Tilde updates and upgrades it soon so I can change the rating.Would be better if it load and she wouldn't lose her voice I've installed and deleted and installed again a few time I like the app just real buggy at the moment should look into it and if you could allow users to change what she looks like and sounds like to what the want her to look likenot really work that well it was fun for the first 360 seconds it don't do much of nothing.

4. Laura's creepy, sort of weird, and a lil rude, at least to me.

1. Fix Laura Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Laura: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Laura App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Laura" » Open Laura » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Laura » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Laura app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Laura servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Laura" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Laura app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Laura might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Laura. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Laura then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Laura not working

2. Fix Laura Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Laura be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Laura not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Laura may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
