1. Thanx.I like the application... Have been reading/ listening news on this app for quite a long time .. but one thing I didn't like is while listening to news with the play audio option in this app, if the screen goes off the audio stops automatically .. appreciate if this issue gets fixed asap ...Very messy and disorganized app.

1. Fix Newspoint Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Newspoint: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Newspoint App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Newspoint" » Open Newspoint: Public News App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Newspoint » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Newspoint: Public News App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Newspoint servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Newspoint: Public News App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Newspoint app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Newspoint might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Newspoint. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Newspoint then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Newspoint not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Newspoint be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
