1. Had to cancel it multiple times!Hmm!! Still a ittle bit vague citing the Business News missing since I'm trying to save myself an unnecessary monthly CC subscription (i.e. AMEX) on business-related news (i.e. Boston Business JRNL).

1. Fix Boston.com Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Boston.com: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Boston.com App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Boston.com" » Open Boston.com » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Boston.com » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Boston.com app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Boston.com servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Boston.com" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Boston.com app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Boston.com might not work.
