1. If I try to pause the show, it freezes so I have to close and restart the app to continue watching it... doubt I'll keep it past a month.The app is TRASH!!!! How come when I tap the screen, nothing pops up? The pause/play, fast forward & rewind is supposed to come up.

2. Just the app needs to be more like their competition (sorry to say... Netflix) I like zeus shows way better than netflixProvide a free trial; The app lags when casting at times and I have to force close a few times before it finally works; Add Closed Captions; autoplay doesn't work.

3. When you are trying to watch in full mode you cannot do anything you cannot pause rewind fast-forward turn it down check a notification you can't do absolutely nothing constantly tapping and tapping and tapping the screen and nothing pops up .

4. I like the content on the network but if they can't get their streaming issues together I'm going to have to leave because it should be free if I have to deal with this much of an issue.The app has potential, but it's still not there, and definitely not worth the price at this time.

5. It's good when I want to wind down from a long day.This app is wack A.F I got it for the shows, who don't like the shows but the process of watching them is starting to make me want to throw my damn phone or device .

6. Tell me why when I tapped it, nothing happened, then about 1 minute later after I forgot I tapped the screen, the play/pause options overtake the screen? I'm like, WHAT? Not only that, but when I press the up & down volume options on my phone, it does the same thing.

7. It has a bunch of interesting shows, and I already paid for it, so I still use it but its not worth the fee if it shuts down, and freezes every 10 minutes.

8. When you're watching a show and press next for the next episode, it goes to episodes you already watched.

9. Getting worse don't pay the year up front..wait the app continuously freezes on my phone it also freezes when I cast it.

10. The reunions are a bunch of people speaking over each other, with sounds up and down depending on which mic works best, it seems....and no subtitles are offered to understand what's being talked about.

11. And why after EVERY EPISODE, I have to go all the way out the app to start a new episode? FIX THIS🙄I love the shows on the app.

1. Fix Zeus Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Zeus: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Zeus App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Zeus" » Open Zeus » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Zeus » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Zeus app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Zeus servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Zeus" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Zeus app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Zeus might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Zeus. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Zeus then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Zeus not working

2. Fix Zeus Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Zeus be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Zeus not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Zeus may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
