Wheb trying to set a fence - the "save" disappears from the button and when pushing anyway it says "no empty" Also not able to see pictures from applications Only one picture shows, for the rest I receive messages that there os a new photo but it doesnt get uploaded the app And lastley, remote camera does not work Other than that we are satisfiedSince the android 12 update, the app doesn't work at all.

Revert to previous version and next time before delivery make better QA testing!!!Battery is very week not keeping a lot, couple of hours, already a month can't connect the watch to my telephone, scanning the QR code, adding device resetting the watch, nothing, didn't use even 10 month, not sure about guarantee 😕One of the worst apps in every regard.

3. It does work as intended though, calls are clear, geofence is good.The technology does not work well, location keep changing places, updates after a long time, lots of bugs.

4. The watch and the app does not match the user requirements.The latest version is terrible!!! Many time i can't open the application I have to restart the phone, and this don't help some time.

5. You cannot see the history until the point in time the watch got turned off (so you cannot locate a lost watch/child after the battery is out).The GPS is totally inaccurate.

6. Great product in theory but not practical at all.Does the job but there is no audio notification when you get a chat, it's not clear where you can change the avatar on the chat feature.

7. Count your blessings if any features consistently work.Messages don't come through and massive issues with the push notifications.

8. Before that: the history feature only exists as long as the watch is turned off.

9. Also the remote photo doesn't work.

10. Contacted the company support but they started blaming the factory and telling me stories.Overall good.

1. Fix kidiwatch Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart kidiwatch: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the kidiwatch App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "kidiwatch" » Open kidiwatch » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for kidiwatch » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear kidiwatch app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from kidiwatch servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "kidiwatch" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check kidiwatch app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, kidiwatch might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall kidiwatch. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall kidiwatch then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing kidiwatch not working

2. Fix kidiwatch Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make kidiwatch be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to kidiwatch not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, kidiwatch may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
