1. Keep it work better!I'm really disappointed , I was happy when I first read about the app , because finally find korean friends , but then when I downloaded it , while trying to edit my profile , I couldn't upload my picture , the gallery wouldn't work or the system would shut down .

2. Ruined a great thingI have been used this apps for a long time and its getting more better but still need to improve many things such as security, adding more features & the user can post a short video instead put a link.

3. Once again, there is no user support and you will not receive a reply from their contact email.Gone to log into Doongle with a new phone and app wants permission to make phone calls.

4. Now only 1star AGAIN because even it updated, the main problem is that this apps contains lots and I mean a lots of PERVERTS and keeps crashing.

5. Even the moderators won't reply with solutions and just telling people to contact them through email, which is a hassle and long winded situation for something that should be fixed by now.

6. Piss poor design and I used to like using app will be finding a different one.I can't even upload a picture, which in turns make the app useless.

7. By the way, while using this apps I have makes a lot of friends from another country which is very nice and helpful.

8. This should really be fixed.Couldnt even get pass the first screen for creating your profile.

9. The doongle staff also fast responsive if user had any problems and sent them an email.

10. When clicked no (as not a function I want to give permission for) a pop up appears stating is not given permission can't use this service.

1. Fix Doongle Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Doongle: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Doongle App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Doongle" » Open Doongle » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Doongle » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Doongle app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Doongle servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Doongle" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Doongle app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Doongle might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Doongle. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Doongle then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Doongle not working

2. Fix Doongle Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Doongle be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Doongle not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Doongle may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
