1. It's unfortunate that we paid premium for such an awful app! I'm very disappointed! Edited to say: Since making this review, my app hasn't updated or worked AT ALL! 3 days ago was the last time it updated my circle!Don't waste your time or money.

2. It took over 20 minutes to finally show something smh 3 stars for effort... Update.app works when it wants to sometimes it gets stuck when you click on an individual it sometimes work and sometimes takes longer than usual at least 10minIt works somewhat ok.

3. It is stuck on the day befores when it was on the free.Free version doesn't even track at all it still shows as if the other person has only moved like 10 ft and its stuck to where 'they haven't moved since.

4. Unfortunately other tracker apps have poor reviews so I'm not sure which to change to.Awful! Never updates location.

5. Was planning for paid subscription but am in two minds now Msg is... Too many receivers, total of 1000It was great, but now it refuses to let me see anything, it says free trial expired.

6. The real-time location tracking, seamless communication, geofencing, and panic button features provide unmatched peace of mind.

7. I would like to see a separate feed of say my location & my daughter's location.Not bad I went for the family subscription.

8. The developers should be refunding every person who pays and does not receive what they paid for.Too many crashes.

9. The app lags, doesn't update, doesn't provide info until maybe 4 hours AFTER people have returned home etc.

10. Since I upgraded my phone to android that was it, it gives the wrong info in how far my family is also where they are.

11. Highly recommended for families seeking safety and togetherness!This app was absolutely brilliant when I still had my i phone, the info was on point.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Family360 Issues

1. Fix Family360 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Family360: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Family360 App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Family360" » Open Family360 - GPS Live Locator » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Family360 » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Family360 - GPS Live Locator app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Family360 servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Family360 - GPS Live Locator" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Family360 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Family360 might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Family360. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Family360 then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Family360 not working


2. Fix Family360 Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Family360 be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Family360 not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Family360 may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
